Julie Walker is an experienced mediator and arbitrator with a strong background in complex litigation and dispute resolution. She serves on the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial, Construction, and Consumer panels, as well as its Roster of Mediators. Julie also mediates and arbitrates cases through Construction Defect Resolution Services and offers private mediation services. Her deep understanding of construction-related disputes and commercial litigation, combined with her ability to work effectively with parties on both sides, makes her a trusted neutral in high-stakes matters nationwide. With a career spanning jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations across the country, Julie brings both courtroom and negotiation expertise to her ADR work. She is especially known for her work with sophisticated clients in construction and business disputes. Based in Colorado, she is also actively involved in her community, currently serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Miner’s Alley Performing Arts Center in Golden.
