Approach
How we collaborate
I am a proponent of facilitative mediation. While I generally maintain control of the process, the parties have control of the outcome as they are the parties that have to live with the result. I ask questions and allow the parties to express their concerns and desired outcome(s) and attempt to offer the opportunity to resolve the issue(s) in a collaborative manner.
Labor relations, employment disputes, government administration, contract interpretation, and disciplinary grievances.
