I am an Arizona attorney, mediator, and arbitrator in my 41st year of practice in the areas of business, real estate, construction, technology, and organizational dispute resolution. My peers have conferred on me various honors (e.g., AV Preeminent® rating with the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings system, Southwest Super Lawyer®, one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers® , the Best of Arizona Attorneys in the Area of Alternative Dispute Resolution in “Ranking Arizona” (2012), and Arizona’s Top Rated Lawyers of 2014-present in the areas of ADR, Business and Commercial law in LEGAL LEADERS). I am a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, a professional mediator on the mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators. I have been an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution since 1992 and currently serve on the AAA’s Commercial, Construction, Large and Complex Case, Emergency Relief, and Consumer panels.
