Approach
How we collaborate
I believe that parties are fully capable of understanding their dispute, navigating their way through the maze of options, working through their anger and frustration, and coming to sensible and workable decisions. My role as mediator is to support and assist them as they work through these challenges in order to find reasoned and durable agreements.
