Mediation is an informal and strictly confidential process. It is voluntary and non-binding until an agreement is reached and signed by all parties. The disputing parties meet in a non-confrontational setting with a trained neutral third-party mediator that facilitates the discussion and process of working together to reach a mutual agreement.
