Carolann Mazza, P.A. is a non-litigation family law firm committed to helping restructure your family through divorce and/or assisting you with your family conflict in a healthier, less destructive manner. Carolann focuses her practice on clients who choose to resolve their conflicts out of court. She utilizes Collaborative Divorce, mediation, and out-of-court settlement negotiations to help families handle their divorce or other family-related matters. Carolann also provides unbundled legal services and will help complete the do-it-yourself Family Law Forms, write and/or review your pre-nuptial agreement, post-nuptial agreement, and marital settlement agreement, as well as other services. She knows that divorce and other family legal problems create conflicts that are stressful and take an emotional toll on the family.
