Cheryl Burbach currently co-manages the firm's Trademark and Copyright Practice, and works with companies in a vast array of industries, including software, pharmaceuticals, electronics, entertainment, fashion, pet products, financial services, and education. For more than 20 years, Cheryl's practice has involved widely varied aspects of intellectual property and related corporate business transactions, with a particular emphasis on domestic and international trademark searches, registration procedures, enforcement, counseling, and litigation. She specializes in Intellectual Property, Trademark, Copyright, Domain Name, Trade Dress, Internet, E-commerce, Unfair Competition, Customs, and Advertising Law. Throughout her career, Cheryl has been a frequent speaker and presented on various trademark and copyright topics. She has actively participated in professional organizations, including serving on committees of the International Trademark Association, as well serving on the Board and chairing committees of the Association of Intellectual Property Firms.
