Courtenay Parrott

Courtenay Parrott practiced law for 16 years before making the professional commitment to help people stay out of court. She started helping individuals and families peacefully navigate the legal system in 2017 as a private Certified Online and Family Mediator and Parenting Coordinator (PCDM) Colorado. In recent years, she has enthusiastically embraced the concept of collaborative divorce and separation, where parties work with one cooperative legal professional instead of two adversarial professionals, saving money, time and emotional stress. After many years of working with families in Colorado, Ms. Parrott is committed to providing professional, efficient and compassionate mediation at an affordable rate. Ms. Parrott is currently acting as court-appointed parenting coordinator and/or decision maker (PC/PCDM) in high conflict family law cases with a focus on safe, courteous, and timely communications with the co-parent. Ms. Parrott has years of experience helping two household families implement their parenting plan, as a Parenting Coordinator-Decision Maker (PC/PCDM). Ms. Parrott handles mediation of civil matters, including the areas in which she practiced law for 16+ years: insurance law, workers’ compensation and small businesses, divorce, legal separation, parenting issues, parenting coordination-decision making and resolution of general family relationships.
