Mr. Rose’s past experience includes many years as a defense lawyer with small, medium and large law firms representing insurers, corporations and individuals, as well serving as in-house counsel at Bank of America. Subject areas of Mr. Rose’s practice have included real estate, insurance, commercial, copyright, trust and estate, mass torts, medical malpractice, and banking. While at Bank Of America, Mr. Rose played a significant role in the implementation of the Bank’s ADR Program.
