5 VerticalsAbout & Mediation Philosophy
Neutral ProfileAn important factor when choosing the right mediator for your case is experience, education, and reputation. Danny graduated from Vanderbilt School of Law and has more than three decades practicing law and solving disputes. For 15 plus years of that time, he’s developed a niche in representing injured bicyclists. He is a member of Bike Law – a group of attorneys specializing in “cycling cases” in about 25 states throughout the nation. He’s an advocate for cyclists in Alabama and contributes time and money to support numerous cycling organizations and events including, but certainly not limited to, Redemptive Cycling, Trips for Kids, the Cheaha Challange, the Birmingham Hammerfest etc. In addition to representing and advocating for injured cyclists, I routinely handle motor vehicle wrecks, truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, dog bite cases, premises liability matters as well as business disputes. As a lawyer, I’ve found there are challenges to this profession, such as large insurance companies seem to deny more claims, offer less for the claims they will settle, and delay any decision they make much longer than ever before. By the time we start working for clients they’ve often heard “no” so many times, they just want to quit.
