David DeSoto

David serves as a mediator in a wide variety of practice areas including collections, real estate, consumer bankruptcy, business bankruptcy, personal injury, auto accidents, contracts, foreign judgments, employment discrimination, property disputes, probate, foreclosures, evictions, and family law matters addressing paternity, custody, and division of marital property. As an arbitrator, David regularly presides over a diverse variety of complex matters including taxation, disability rights, consumer law, medical billing, and securities.
