Donald J. Gasiorek graduated cum laude from Detroit College of Law in 1975, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1970. Subsequent to law school, he clerked in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan with then-Chief Judge Fred W. Kaess. From 2008 through 2023, Mr. Gasiorek continued his employment litigation practice at Gasiorek, Morgan, Greco, McCauley & Kotzian, P.C. He has successfully litigated many employment-related cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. From 1978 through 1988, he served as an adjunct professor of Law at Detroit College of Law, developing and teaching the senior-level Trial Litigation and Advocacy Program. Mr. Gasiorek is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, and Detroit Bar Association, maintaining membership in the appropriate employment-related committees. He is a frequent lecturer on employment law. Since 1993, Mr. Gasiorek has been listed in Woodward & White’s Best Lawyers in America.
