Evan Goldstein

Evan S. Goldstein is a litigation attorney and senior shareholder at Goldstein Woods practicing insurance bad faith, plaintiff and defense personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and products liability litigation. Evan is an experienced trial attorney, who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials. Evan utilizes his litigation skills to facilitate alternative dispute resolution. He also works frequently as a well-respected arbitrator, mediator and bad faith expert. Evan has broad and varied ADR experience that includes handling: • Professional liability • Personal injury • Product liability • Construction • Insurance coverage • Insurance bad faith • Commercial litigation • Medical malpractice Evan is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and also has been appointed as a Special Master in discovery and dispute matters, as well as acted as an umpire in property disputes for purposes of appraisal. Evan is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Missouri, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is also licensed to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
