Jeff’s extensive career in litigation, particularly in Divorce | Separation and Co-Parenting for three decades, showcased his dedication to advocating for clients. However, witnessing the impact of high-conflict family dynamics, especially on children, led him to create Quantum® ADR with Ashleigh. They emphasize compassionate conflict resolution, using mediation, coaching, and education to navigate interconnected relationships, even after disputes are resolved. Jeff leverages over 25 years of high stakes litigation and trial expertise in divorce and family law. Throughout his career, he battled as a litigator for his clients, aiding them in court through complex and challenging win-or-lose scenarios. However, Jeff’s discomfort with the traditional win-lose nature of litigation, particularly in cases involving children of divorce, reshaped his approach.
