Families in crisis deserve an option to recover financially, emotionally, mentally, socially, privately and with dignity. The overwhelming majority of families can use the Collaborative Process to common ground for people to rebuild their lives in the midst of legal crises. Those who do not require independent counsel or all of the restrictions associated with Rule 67.1 can rely on Mediation. Jennifer Moshier has a unique practice based in both Arizona and California. Jennifer practiced law in San Francisco for several years before becoming licensed to practice in Arizona. She frequently collaborates and litigates business and family law matters. Jennifer is based in Phoenix but appears in courts in California and Arizona and works in both states.
