Kurt Zaner

Kurt Zaner is a co-founder of Zaner Law Personal Injury Lawyers. As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Zaner handles all types of injury cases arising from the negligent or intentional actions of others, including: car accidents, truck accidents, explosion accidents, and other incidents. He also takes on wrongful death cases for the family members of victims who died due to someone else’s conduct. Mr. Zaner earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Levin School of Law at the University of Florida. During law school, he served as a board member of the University of Florida Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. After law school, Mr. Zaner was admitted to The Florida Bar and Colorado Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and Colorado. He is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts in the District of Colorado and the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Zaner has a well-earned reputation in the legal community. He has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer by SuperLawyers.com and was rated 10.0 Superb by Avvo. He has spoken at many legal conferences and seminars. Mr. Zaner and his law firm have won several record-setting verdicts and settlements, including Colorado’s largest personal injury verdicts in 2018 and 2021.
