Neutral ProfileI focus on alternative dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and collaborative practice, as an alternative to clients fighting in court. Both processes empower clients, rather than attorneys or judges, to make decisions that are in the best interest of themselves and their families. Divorce is a problem to be solved, not a battle to be won, and by working together to solve the problem, time, financial and emotional costs are reduced. With either process, clients maintain their personal and economic dignity, reduce conflict, improve communication and cooperation, and negotiate durable agreements that consider the needs and interests of all family members.
