Marianne Woolbert

I am a licensed attorney in Indiana with over thirty years’ experience primarily in family law. I am a graduate of Butler University and the University of Dayton school of Law. In my career I have tried many cases. What I have found out is that, in my opinion, people are better off resolving their own differences than letting a court do it. When you have control over your outcome you know what you are getting. I have had many successful outcomes but there always seemed to be a cost to the client and their relationships. I have realized that there is a better way to resolve problems and that is through mediation. With mediation you can solve problems and maintain good relationship and perhaps even strengthen them. I am a member of the Indiana Association of Mediators and provide mediation services all over the state by Zoom or In Person. I am happy to give you a free consultation about how mediation works and what it can do for you. If you book a mediation and it is your first, I will discount the normal hourly rate.
